GNodeTo is a trail navigation and route planning application for biking and hiking in the Greater Toronto Area. The App provides interactive maps, node-based route building, and trail information to enhance your outdoor experience.

User Responsibilities

• Use the App at your own risk. Always exercise caution when biking or hiking.
• Do not rely solely on the App for navigation in remote or dangerous areas.
• Ensure your device has adequate battery life and cellular service before setting out.
• Respect trail rules, local regulations, and private property boundaries.
• Do not use the App while operating a vehicle or in any manner that could be dangerous.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of trail information, maps, or route suggestions. Trail conditions can change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

QI.AI Inc shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. You assume all risks associated with outdoor activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of QI.AI Inc and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
